What can I return?
You may request returns for all the items you buy from Tea Aroma that are within the return window (30 days from date of purchase). Items are returnable if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing items, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on Tea aroma.

What are the return guidelines?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card/bank account or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If the standard time-frame as mentioned in the above table has expired and you have still not received the refund, please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are undamaged & unused. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com send your item to: 173, Industrial Area Phase 1, Panchkula, Haryana 134109.
